Pearl in the Hogwaller

In trying to get a better pulse of the larger scene, I am starting to subscribe to other blogs from other parts of the country. (Sadly, we are a very silent minority and there is not much to be found.) But one of my regular feeds is the calendar scene in Chicago.

 
This is a piece from one of their members and sounds intriguing. I have no idea who Becca McCoy is, but her tale sounds her own. It is her coming to terms between a performer in the Chicago area and then being thrust as a stay-at-home mom in the very rural area of Palatka FLA. Judging from the picture, she must weave a good yarn.
